Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course focuses on the systematic approach to the assessment and management of critically ill or injured infants and children. Participants learn to recognize and treat pediatric emergencies—including respiratory distress and failure, shock, and cardiac arrest—using team-based, scenario-driven instruction that encourages rapid decision-making and clinical reasoning.

Who Should Enroll:
This course is intended for healthcare providers who routinely manage or respond to pediatric emergencies, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other advanced care professionals. Participants should already possess strong skills in BLS, ECG interpretation, and knowledge of pharmacology used in pediatric resuscitation.

Provider Course

The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Course focuses on the recognition and management of critically ill or injured infants and children. Participants learn a systematic approach to pediatric emergencies, including respiratory distress, shock, and cardiac arrest, through case-based team simulations.

Renewal Course

The PALS Renewal Course is intended for those with a current or recently expired PALS certification. It refreshes core pediatric resuscitation concepts, updates learners on the latest guidelines, and reinforces teamwork, communication, and advanced decision-making in pediatric emergency care.

PALS HeartCode

HeartCode PALS delivers a flexible learning option that combines self-paced online modules with a hands-on skills session. Learners complete the online coursework independently, followed by an instructor-led practice and testing session to demonstrate competency in pediatric emergency response. PALS HeartCode
